The plans for building a new lifestyle hotel in Stockholm began In April 2006. The building on Vanadisvägen was completely demolished and likewise the previous hotel, Hotel Haga, located on Hagagatan.   Best Western Time Hotel is a four star hotel with seven floors including a top floor terrace.  The hotel offers hotel rooms, studios, breakfast, a lounge and lobby bar, a relax room with sauna and a parking garage for guests traveling by car. The hotel façade towards Vanadisvägen has a dark red color and is characterized with French balconies and large windows. The strollers that walk by are supposed to notice that a hotel is situated there. Outside the entrance there is a square and in the spring and summer period there will be furniture outside so the guests can relax in the beautiful sun. The Hotel Manager, Reshi Chibba together with his family, own and run the hotel, as they did with the previous hotel since fifteen years back. "We would like to create a lifestyle hotel that is associated with a modern pleasant atmosphere were the guests get value for the money" says Reshi Chibba. Reshi Chibba is a well known profile in the hotel business. During many years he worked for Elite Hotels of Sweden and he was also the Hotel Manager for Elite Palace during 12 years. Reshi Chibba got his education at Salzburger Hotelfachschule in Austria.
