Information regarding Covid-19

Dear Guest ,

  • Time hotel and our reservation is open as usual ! 

    Your health and well-being are our first priority when staying with us. 
    We take the spread of the convid-19 seriously and follow the authorities' recommendations and the WHO (world health organization) regarding the virus.

    Our Action Plans 
    • we have increased the cleaning frequency and fine-tuned cleaning routines on public areas. We will clean more frequently in hotel rooms and other areas that are often in contact with hands (example door handles, taps, elevator buttons, and remote control).

    • In addition, we have hand disinfectant at the entrance to the breakfast room and at the reception desk.

    • All Time Hotel employees who have visited areas exposed to the covid-19 or have flu symptoms, we advise them to stay at home
    and contact the health care system.

     You are welcome  to stay with us as usual! But remember that good hygiene is even more important than before.

    Cancellation policy 

    Existing Reservations 
  • Reservations made on our Flexible Rate can be cancelled until 4pm day of arrival.
  • All reservations described as "non-refundable" (“Early Web Special” and “Best Save”) booked before 13th March 2020 follow the original
    booking terms. The guest needs to contact their respective travel insurance supplier or possible credit card insurance for reimbursement when cancelling.
